About the Calendar View

The Calendar is available to all subscription levels, and is a centralized place to visually see anything in Magnetracks that is time/date sensitive. This includes:
  • Task and Event due dates

  • Gigs / Bookings

  • Licenses and Rights Assignments (expiry and renewal dates)

  • Projects (demo submission deadlines and project close dates
You can also access the calendar view right from within your Projects, Gigs, Rights Assignments and Activities lists by clicking on the View Selector:

Here's an overview of the basic features of the Calendar view.

Adding your Google Calendar

If you have a Google Calendar that you'd like to view among your activities in Magnetracks, it's easy. There are three steps you need to take.

1. Enable the Google Calendar App in the Connected Apps area. This is a global selector that allows anybody else that has a login to your Magnetracks subscription to integrate their Google Calendar as well.

2. In the Settings tab of your User Profile within Magnetracks, provide your Google email address where it labelled: "Google Calendar ID".

3. Make your calendar "public" from your Google Account. See the screenshot below taken from the calendar settings area in your Google Calendar. Check the "make available to public" option.
